cancellation policy

At Sinopia Wellness, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of the service booked.

• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full payment for the originally scheduled service will still apply.

• Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out if you have an urgent situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• We may also occasionally ask you if you can move your appointment for time efficiency.
